Never let the sadness of your past, and the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present.

We don't ever stop worrying about our future, neither we stop being sad about our past, but does this add to us anything?

We've surely wasted a lot of time in two time periods where we can't exist at, the past and the future, we could exist here, in the present.

The future is dependent on what you do today, and every day, it's the outcome of all your habits, thoughts, and moves, so if you really care about your future, you should do your best now, so that you have a shiny bright future.

Also, I could completely understand that your past might have been tough, you might have encountered many failures, many breakups, and your past may have given you signs of "pessimism", but this couldn't be true.

I'm 100% convinced that tough times only create great people, people who could simply outgrow anyone because they've been in tougher situations than anyone, everything in this life is a lesson, and you often learn much more from failures than from successes.

So we've first talked about the future and how it's dependant on your present, and that what you do now and every day will form your future; for that reason, you don't have to worry about it, you only have to worry about the present.

Also, you could never get back to the past days, weeks, months, or years, and no matter how good or bad it was, it has ended now, and all that you should have as a remainder from these days, are a bunch of lessons.

These lessons are your toolbox which you'll use to build your future.

So the bottom line is really, you only have the present to worry about, don't overthink what happened in the past, don't overthink what your future will look like, just try your best to enjoy today and every day, and to learn from every single situation you've been through, and I wish you a really great bright future both personally and professionally ♥️

Also I'd like to mention a quote that says: "Never let the sadness of your past, and the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present"

I really hope this was helpful, and thanks for your precious time.
