1- I talk to myself through writing entries to check up on me, expressing my thoughts and feelings.

2- I admit what my addictions have done to my life and what it can make if I proceeded

3- I forgive myself for anything I’ve done because I’m constantly learning and growing and because I’ve come so far and made significant progress too.

4- I remind myself of all the things I can gain by getting rid of my addictions, and how this can add directly to me as a person in unbelievable ways.

5- I try to keep myself away from all triggers, to preserve my resistance power and resist only when necessary

6- I try to keep myself busy with valuable things because most addictions and bad habits are born in my free time.
